Following a "setting up firebird on ubuntu' document the following
command sequence is supposed to set up the firebird server.

r...@iru-2cd:/var/run/firebird/2.1# apt-get install firebird2.1-classic

0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 33 not upgraded.
r...@iru-2cd:/var/run/firebird/2.1# dpkg-reconfigure firebird2.1-classic

r...@iru-2cd:/var/run/firebird/2.1#

Supposedly it should result in the following messages and the server
should be configured. Nothing message, and no server task (after
reboot).

* Firebird 2.1 server manager not running.
      * Starting Firebird 2.1 server manager...
                                [ OK ]
      * Firebird 2.1 server manager already running.
