You mention that »Sometimes one wants to perform a right click on some
selected files« – this would be mostly to cut or copy them and that can
be achieved faster by just using the keyboard shortcuts. The only
occasion I can imagine someone using the context menu key is when the
right mouse key is broken. I have watched lots of people use computers
and have never seen someone really using it.

Time discussing over or working on this rather irrelevant (non-)issue
could better be spent on other things. :)
