renne has the authority of being a true texan- as well as the luxury of
being able to meet with the resal character she portrays- so I consider her
protrayal as dead-on, and i consider the movie to be the story of novalyne-
not the story of REH.
I believe that Renee's parents were foreign however, so she probably had very little of Texas tradition in her.
