Is there a way you can have debugreiserfs spit out the raw data on inodes with the deleted tag? Or maybe just the inode numbers with the deleted tag? My problem is that I accidentally deleted, by rm -r this_folder, a few weeks ago. I looked up for an undel(ete) program for reiser, and found only Midnight Commander with this capability. If all fails, it is also possible to port mc to do a "undel:/dev/sda3", similarly to a EXT2 partition? After I ran the rm command, almost immediately, maybe in 5 minutes after freaking out, unmounted the reiser partition, edited /etc/fstab to make the partition read-only, and remounted it. Since then, I have not put a write-protected on the whole SCSI disk with a jumper because it is /dev/sdA and it's on a Compaq computer, so the first partition is literally the BIOS for the comp, and that definately requires write-access in order to boot. I have rebooted the computer a couple of times since, but all have been after I set read-only in /etc/fstab for /dev/sda3. Any other suggestions? Brian Chu
