Perhaps less technical but, when do you need this ?
Contrary to last visited sites, recently closed tabs are not avalaible via
"back" button, they are in the history but are melt with other visited pages.
When you launch a new rekonq session, recently closed tabs are the tabs of the
previous sessions => no need to restore them like firefox.
