I've decided to mark this bug as duplicative of bug #7544
(http://gna.org/bugs/?7544), despite my post at

This issue will necessarily be fixed by the changes required for bug #7544.
Specifically, the 'self.vectors()' function in 'generic_fns/pdb.py' will need
to be modified. The proton and heteronucleus name should be placed in the
data structure for the individual spin 'self.relax.data.res[self.run][i]'
rather than in the structure 'self.relax.data.pdb[self.run]'. I'll leave
this one for Alex. Then the results reading and writing functions in
'specific_fns/model_free.py' will need to be updated.
