Follow-up Comment #1:
The fix was simply to add the dummy keyword argument "status=0" to the end of
the argument list ofthe 'print_stats()' statistics sorting and printing
function. This was fixed in the 1.2 line at r2778

to the 1.3 line at r2779
(https://mail.gna.org/public/relax-commits/2006-11/msg00075.html).
