With Subversion you can simply revert that revision for a single file.

well i am having trouble doing it revert doesn't have a -r switch on
my version 1.0.0 (dev build!!)
svn revert -r 3199 mf.py
subcommand 'revert' doesn't accept option '-r [--revision] arg'
Type 'svn help revert' for usage.
and
svn -r 3199 co svn+ssh://[EMAIL
PROTECTED]/svn/relax/branches/multi_processor/maths_fns/mf.py
mf.py
gives me
svn: 'mf.py' is already a file/something else
oh the joys of operating system/machine configuration stability!
