To revert a revision for a single file using svn, you need that file
name as the working copy path. So in this situation I reverted the
change with the command:
svn merge -r 3241:3240
svn+ssh://[EMAIL PROTECTED]/svn/relax/branches/multi_processor/maths_fns/mf.py
maths_fns/mf.py
Cheers,
Edward

Hi Ed
I have also now tried to undo this with a merge as well but get the
wonderful error 'error svn: Cannot replace a directory from within':
svn merge -r 3241:3240 --dry-run
svn+ssh://[EMAIL PROTECTED]/svn/relax/branches/multi_processor/maths_fns/mf.py
branch_multi1
error svn: Cannot replace a directory from within
svn merge --dry-run
svn+ssh://[EMAIL PROTECTED]/svn/relax/branches/multi_processor/maths_fns/[EMAIL
PROTECTED]
svn+ssh://[EMAIL PROTECTED]/svn/relax/branches/multi_processor/maths_fns/[EMAIL
PROTECTED]
branch_multi1/
error svn: Cannot replace a directory from within
any further thoughts?
regards
gary
