Hi, Sorry for all the bother, but there are still 2 problems. There are some places in the script text where you have \\\". This will end up creating a script with a \" characters printed. One other point I missed from the start is that you need to add your name to the copyright of the files you are modifying. See the file auto_analyses/noe.py for an example of Michael Bieri's copyright. I think you can probably now see why no bad code gets into relax ;)
