So, maybe a bit late for removal before 17.12, but does anybody plan to
maintain kblog or should it go unmaintained, too?
KBlog is listed at https://api.kde.org/kdepim/index.html so maybe
someone used it outside of KDEPIM </wishfulthinking>
Maybe add a deprecation notice, and remove for 18.04?
