Remind does not understand ISO date formats.  It understands things
that are similar to a subset of ISO date formats.  That is, Remind
understands:

YYYY-MM-DD and YYYY/MM/DD for dates;
hh:mm and hh.mm for times;

as well as the Cartesian product of the date formats followed by an
'@' followed by the time formats:

yyyy-mm...@hh:mm, [email protected], YYYY/MM/d...@hh:mm and YYYY/MM/[email protected]

and that's it.
