To stop itunes helper from running you could either:
(uncheck the radio button in Login Items)
"System Preferences->Users and Groups->Login Items"

Or Rename the app:
Right click on Itunes.app -> Show package contents
Rename iTuneshelper.app to iTuneshelper-disable.app

When iTunes is installed on MacBook it installs an Application named  "iTunes 
Helper File". This file automatically causes iTunes to open when you log in. 
When students are testing using the "Secure Browser"  this is a problem as it 
immediately cause the "Secure Browser" to close.  Is there a scrip that I can 
send out via ARD to remove this from the list of that individual Local User 
account? It is visible in the Users & Groups Login Items.
