Engineer Manager – Codec Responsibilities:
Requirements:

– 12 years of experience in embedded SW development. ·
Must have used
DVD player
at home or work. ·
Must have
experience in C
or C++. ·
Must have
experience in
layered and structured programming. ·
Must have worked
with
embedded OS like Windows, Linux or Vxworks. ·
Must have
experience with
source code management tools preferably clearcase. ·
Must have
experience
working with large SW development team and build/release environment
with
customer interaction. ·
Knowledge of
MPEG2, DVD or
Digital video processing is desirable. ·
The candidate
must be
quality oriented and have good algorithmic and design skills. Kindly

CPG
Program Manager Responsibilities:
The
Consumer Products Group (CPG) program manager in the India Design
Center (IDC)
is responsible for managing and ensuring successful execution of
engineering
development programs for the CPG products. This starts with initial
specifications followed by development through to product release to
production. The
CPG program manager will be responsible for ongoing training of the IDC
teams
on the use of the Program Review System (PRS) and will ensure an
ongoing
adherence to the PRS. The CPG program manager will ensure that all
deliverables and management reviews follow prescribed guidelines. The
CPG
program manager will review all program management processes and
present
changes as necessary to the CPG organization for agreement. Once in
agreement, the CPG program manager will be responsible for the
implementation
of these changes. The
CPG program manager’s long term goal is to establish processes and
regular communication channels to provide better insight into the
activities of
our product development in the IDC for upper management review. Requirements: 6-10 years
experience in high technology
field, including program management experience. Demonstrated
credibility with engineers. Must be fluent
in English. Kindly

Senior
Technical Writer Responsibilities Write, update,
edit, review
and user documentation for LSI products focused towards Semi conductor,
Consumer & Storage Markets. Requirements Five to seven
years
technical writing experience, preferably for an engineering audience. Bachelor's
degree in
electrical engineering, computer science, or mathematics preferred.
Candidates
with degrees in English, journalism, or technical communication will
also be
considered. Candidate should
have Clear
& Concise writing style. Experience with
Adobe Frame Maker and
Quadralay WebWorks. Good written
& verbal
communication skills. Knowledge of
both PC and
UNIX platforms, XML, and content management systems would be
