*Position: JAVA, SWING - Banking and Finance ( Face to Face Interview)only Local Candidates * Location: *Chicago*** Duration: *6+ Months* *JAVA, SWING - Banking and Finance *Software Engineer will contribute to the development of our client's advanced portfolio management suite of applications. Candidates must be well-versed in n-tier enterprise applications built on top of Java and J2EE and possess the ability to contribute on all tiers. In addition, the *Java - J2EE *Software Engineer is required to have *Swing** expertise*, and is also expected to be conversant with *Java, EJBs, WebLogic, Oracle, SQL, Unix, XML,* Ant, JUnit and Design patterns. The Senior Consultant will participate in all parts of the development life cycle, from requirements analysis, to design, implementation, release and support. Minimum 5 years experience in *Java* is required. Minimum 5 years experience in *J2EE* is required. Minimum 3 years experience in* EJB* is required. Minimum 3-5 years experience in *SWING* is required. *Education/Experience:* * Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. * Must have solid experience in both server-side and client-side development. * Experience or education in finance is preferred.
