project management basics
QA basics
use cases
test cases
traceability matrix
requirements gathering, requirements classification, prioritization
defects tracking
.. Must have 5+ years BA experience
Excellent interpersonal skills; must have excellent command of English
language; must be good at running/participating in meetings
Must be an effective communicator at business sponsor level
.. Able to balance IT bureaucracy with business need for speed!
