I would not do less then 4 cans

you will have problems .. I would hate to see you blow your reciver 
up because you where getting into it with your TX  ... 

go to a local 2 way shop and pick up another can ... if you where 
around here I have 4 spares .. ( yes another duplexer )
we could work somehing out .. 

so the long and the short find another can and save your equipment
