What is normal operation? It seems in todays heavily populated sites
many installers have to make mounting choices a little closer than the
spacing needed to operate full duplex with isolation so then more
hardware is used at the bottom of the ladder to clear away the noise.
If the resonant frequencies you are looking for are offered with your
antenna then it should perform well on both the input and output if
spaced far enough from other sources of rf, or the usual buzzing
groaning noises will be heard in your reciever.
If you are contemplating using 3 or 4 corner reflectors or possibly just
2 to aim your signal into a specified area it will work, but it presents
a much larger wind load than a yagi for the same forward gain - what is
behind you that you need to shut off??
