Hi, I am tuning a Mitrek T53 VHF radio for the 2 meter band. I am using a proper service manual. I can adjust R911 to whatever power level between 0 Watt and 80 Watt and the transmitter output is clean. However, when I adjust R909 I see spurs at about 1 MHz above and below as well as 1.5 MHz above and below the carrier frequency. Any idea why that would be? My goal is to have a final power output of about 35 Watt out of this radio.
