Steve, you could leave the RPTR contorl board installed due to there are no audio adjustments on that card, just diable the rptr function and i would leave it in there also for the time out timer... and set it a few minutes longer than what your controller is set to. in case of hardware failur on the controller you tx and other equipment would still be a bit protected.... ...Good Luck,,
Pin# 18 tx audio from controller. Pin# 8 rx audio to controller. Pin # 6 Ground / Return Pin# 19 and or with pin# 14 for the PTT from controller Pin# 12 for COR Pin# 5 is RAW audio unswuelch ( can be used in place or Pin#8 but will give a bit of squelch crash..))) Pin#22 if u r using and external tone board inject the tx tone to this point pin#22 and for the rx tone to the board use Pin# 11. These points of connection are from the level adj card.. column "A" facing the rear of the repeaters mother board and are numbered from the bottom(#1) to the top (#24).
