would some one have the diagram and tune up procedure for tuning a johnson series 1000 uhf repeater receiver?I beleive my receiver may be out of tune as its range is not very good on receive.Any help on this would really be great.
also has anyone added a HRG preamp from hamtronics to this type repeater and did it help out the receiver front end?if so where did you pick up the 12 volts needed to supply power to the preamp within the receiver case?
