Looks like a communications products or Hy-Gain. The Hy-Gain versions from the late 60's and70's
had a blue colored insulator. Saw a Hy-Gain version this summer still in the air and had good swr. Was installed in 1968.It was located in East Texas. My 2c > Yahoo!
