There are still a ton of MASTR II repeaters out there in 'part 90 land'. The FCC now demands that you replace them even though the rules have not changed??? (they still meet current specs).
I also have to admit that I never knew there was a 'list' of acceptable equipment. I thought there were specs they had to meet, and type acceptance to ensure that they met those specs, but I never saw a list of acceptable equipment (except for CAP, but that's not Part 90...).
