Hi Mark, 

Many Goverment Agencies received their MSR Service 
Manuals in binder form. 

Please find the manual numbers and try to order them 
direct or the obvious Ebay route. Worse or the preferred 
last case (for me), I could and would be willing 
photocopy the UHF Receiver tune up section, but there 
will be a large delay before I can get that done.
