Is there an Air Base in the neighborhood? We have interference on the UHF band here also. Several technicians spent a lot of time tracing it to the local Air Base using direction finding techniques. The Air Force people just tell you to go away, when questioned. Checking the rules, the military does have primary use of the UHF frequencies.
Part 97 frequencies are not involved, and that's all I'll say in a public forum.
