Not quite what most would call flat rate repair. Not hourly either, seems like a Vegas crap shoot where everyone but the dealer is a loser. You get to pay a lump sum to avoid a hourly rate but if you have a lot of problems you get to pay the hourly rate also but then again if you don't have a major problem you still lose out since you just paid flat rate for something minor! I just don't get it...
