Good web page ... except does not apply in the Northwest where the 
 2 meter repeaters are on 20 kHz steps.  Of course the simplex folks 
 can and do whatever they want - we know that. 

  Here we find the simplex people doing all sorts of strange efforts 
 ... 15 kHz steps, 20 kHz steps, 10 kHz steps.
