What you need is an Iso-T. These are available with usually at 60dB isolation. You can also make your own by removing the connection on the base leg of the T so you are no longer directly connected to the feedline from the service monitor. This should be placed in the antenna system between the antenna and duplexer to test. If you don't have a premade iso-t you will need to determine the "loss" at your frequency for your homemade one to get a real world measurement.
