Okay.. I looked at the page at the URL that was posted. I don't see anything there that makes reference to radio communications.
Yes. It makes sense to be diligent in the monitoring of itinerant, FRS, and MURS frequencies. And, even though Riley's comments, as presented, appear to be historical, I believe he was speaking to the taping of traffic on Amateur Radio frequencies, and not of cellular or other services. So.. While all this is a good idea, and the message could be taken as a current and timely request for monitoring, I don't believe this is a current request for action by the authorities.
