I'll have to go with Joe - #5 - the latest thing I've seen or heard ( hearsay ) is you are no longer required to identify when you first come on or not for the first 10 minutes. I remember on the exams administered recently the question: How often must an amateur repeater identify? The correct answer of course - every 10 minutes, same as any other legal amateur emission.
