Jed, 

Are you using the Master Pro Control Shelf? 

Are you using an external controller?  ... if 
so, where are you getting and placing your 
audio?

Do you know about the EP-38 (Master Pro 
Repeater Power Supply chassis) local mic 
circuit and how it must be forward biased 
even during external audio connections? 

If you have not added the local mic circuit 
bias resistor on the proper back plane terminals, 
the audio will have serious problems.  

Simple fix, hard to figure first time you 
encounter it type problem.  I'll be here if 
you have more questions about it. I've 
already beat my head against the wall over the 
silly local mic circuit bias issue. Might as 
well save you the trouble.
