Yes, that is me.  A couple other people also found it and emailed me the
info.  I guess I was looking in the wrong place thinking that the FCC would
not let me use my Middle name "Paul" as the name on the license!  I have a
terrible time with legal documents because I have never used my first name
David for anything!  In school I would get in trouble because they would
always call out "David" at roll call, I would never answer.  At first it was
an honest mistake on my part, then after everyone tried to force me to use
David I really rebelled.  It was not an honest mistake for long, I was a bad
boy!
