The problem is that Spectrum has been down this road many times! They do not care one bit about the BBB. I was by there a week or so a go and only one car in the parking lot. Not a good sign. If it where me I would file legal action fast. That has bit. Not just civil action but criminal action against the owner. Taking money with the intent not to deliver is a crime in PA.
