I don't know if you are really going to have a big problem with the MASTR RCA connector. I would make the cable up myself, RCA plugs are not that hard to put on. I use the MASTR ER41 receiver on my packet digi and have not had any problems with the receiver connector. If I really wanted to change it, I would use an SMA connector because it is small. Second choice might be a BNC, but I have found BNC connectors to get noisy after time. I had a home brew 220Mhz duplexer that used BNC connectors. I had to take the connectors off and on a few times a year to keep the noise down.
