I think that I should stick to my thinking Have all the FCC Commissioners that are from each level Qualification
1) That they have a Extra Class License. 2) Hold a Degree in Electronics like Broadcasting. 3) Been say 20 Yrs Min. in the feild. 4) Hold a GROL , 1st. Class RT that was converted to GROL . Thats my opinion and I am sticking to my story............................ M.
