Wanna read whats really interesting ? Civil Air Patrol uses a offset on this one repeater 140-143 Mhz. area ( Being I cannot really recall the input ) and their Output is 149.XXX Mhz.
apparently its either their Bandplan or they have in their plan to keep unauthourized people from finding their input to kerchunk or jam the repeater. M.
