Hi Jeff,

   I found the problem.  Had the chassis of both rx and tx trays tied
together, guess I forgot they were isolated from ground.  It seems it is the
smallest things you overlook that cause the biggest anount of grief. Tied
both A- together and the NHRC/M2 is working as required and all control
tones doing fine, but, I seem to have lost the digital control for the fan.
I will probably be mailing this into you for repair. I am certain now that
was what the stray voltage took out.  Thanks for the help to you and all
