Please realize that this list is for hams as well as commercial folks, so don't try to jam your 'always buy new' theory down anyone's throat here. I can guarantee you that the ham repeaters around here will blow away all of the commercial installations. Hams are MUCH harder to please and demand better performance. My 2 meter system and my 440 system covers all of my County, something that cannot be said for the multi-thousand dollar County radio installation.
Also, the topic here is 220 MHz repeaters. Does Kenwood, Motorola, Midland, and Johnson build 220 MHz. ham repeaters? If not, it really doesn't matter how damn good their (wan tee) is. Kevin Custer Yahoo! Groups Links
