Yes, I am very sure, it receives good one minute then drops outs, and comes
back, this is without it even being hooked to the repeater.  I had it do
this to me once before, I must have moved something inside, it started
working again.  I went over all the solder joints but still does the same
thing.  Another funny thing, is the unit has had low audio since I got it,
crank it all the way up and just able to hear it, last week it took off and
had full volume, but then left again, and never came back.  

Other's asked, this is the VHF unit.  Hoping to find another one so I can
use the same xtal, rather than buy a new xtal.
