LDF is low-loss..
FSJ is standard..
and Super-Flex is as you describe below.

Well, AFAIK, the main difference between the two is the corrugation in 
the outer jacket. Superflex has a finer corrugation to allow it to bend 
easier, and with a tighter radius.
But of course, if it said LDF, then it's LDF...heh.
