The 68P81014E15 Manual mentioned below is a supplement to the 
 68P81008E40 manual - you will need both for your radio. 

  The 68P81008E40 for the basic radio and the 68P81014E15 for the 
 wide-spaced assemblies.  The 14E15 Manual is an interesting study 
 in itself.
