I pick up the phone and dial ICM and talk to a human, no fax needed, ever. Everything I have ever ordered from them has worked right on time, first time, everytime. I havent had to change any compensation caps, just stick the rock in the ICOM and diddle the center frequency, The latest set drifted 800Hz over 6 months, and I recentered it and it has been on ever sence.
