I sent an ICOM to ICM back in December and had it redone for a 444.xxx freq. I put it in the repeater and and a week later it was 5 Khz off. I recenter the freq and a week later it was 8 khz off. I called ICM and they said "send it back". I sent it back and 3 weeks later I got it back with paperwork that said "repaired". It's been fine since. OK, so I got a bad crystal, so what. They repaired it, no questions asked, for free. What more can you ask for?

Everything I have ever ordered from them has worked right on time, first time, everytime. I havent had to change any compensation caps, just stick the rock in the ICOM and diddle the center frequency, The latest set drifted 800Hz over 6 months, and I recentered it and it has been on ever sence.
