Hi Ken, 

Email me the specific problem, how you measured it 
and how you think the response should be. I'll get 
the reply back to the proper engineering people 
and find out what they have to say about it.  

There have been tkr firmware updates and special 
as-builts made... if it's a real problem the engr
and factory people should know about it. 

Much of the time, the wrong people in the chain of 
sales get the feedback and drop the ball half way 
back to the proper person. I'll try to get an 
answer to valid issues and technical problems...
