IN short you can run ONLY one instance of echolink at at time per 
public IP address. only put the ports in port trigering or the other 
which is fixed which is a fowarding to a fixed local IP address. IF 
you have more than one public IP address comming to your house then 
you can run more. the reason is the UDP protocol that Echolink uses 
to send the audio to and from your machine.
