65 watts on UHF is plenty of power & the increase you are proposing is only
about 1 dB.  If I were you, I would leave it alone.

The VHF power change will be another 6 dB.  

Given my experience with the Comet 4160 MODIFIED, you should probably be able
to do this @ 65/90 watts.
