we have a number of the Micor repeaters that were in the 470 band and we 
moved them down to the 463.xxx    they are working  they are the 10 watt 
units and have had them on the air for a number of years  there were some 
work to get them to receive ok but that was the main problem.  don't 
remember but I think the network was changed on the output also.
