How much do you have in the club treasury, and how much can your club members kick in? :-)
Seriously, my county EMA is supporting my machine as part of their Homeland Security initiative. But I think I'm more fortunate than most. As far as grants and other stuff, I'm not aware of any that are not tied to some government entity/program. And be aware - DHS just changed their guidelines of how their Homeland Security monies are going to be dispersed. For me, it looks like there will be a significant drop - since I'm not within 10 miles of the City of Chicago. Best luck!
