Just as a point of reference, I have a UHF machine Moto MSF5000 pumping out 90watts going up 170 ft of LMR400 coax and I get great results. To make it more interesting, I have a comet duplexer at the feedpoint (in my station) so I can use the VHF part of the fiberglass dual band wonderstick as RX for my vhf repeater till I get a duplexer that will tune to 144.630(my DB duplexer wont)
