If this is a digital station (CXB or RLB), you can get
almost everything from the MRTI connector: PTT input,
audio input, audio output, monitor (PL decode defeat).
The only mystery signals are COR and PL detect. I got
those on the TTRC connector(s) which probably feed the
DB25 connector(s) on the side of the station.

You can program the station as a base station, and if
you choose your PTT priority qualifiers properly, the
rest of the controller will stay out of your way.
Remember to include the local mike as a PTT source,
leave REPEATER out, and include MRTI. Don't enter a
callsign in the repeater ID field and it won't ID. Set
the timeout timers to zero.

If it's a CLB (EPROM-programmed) station, then I can't
help you.
